French-Speaking Customer Service

A French-speaking Customer Support Representative is open at our partner who is operating in Hungary.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service across all internal processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling daily business-related inquiries.

• Respond to product- and order-related questions, providing information on products, lead times, and basic technical details.

• Perform administrative tasks, including order entry in Oracle and supporting weekly reporting and analysis.

• Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Sales

• MS Office skills

• Ability to organize own and other’s workload

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
