Fleet Account Manager

We are looking for a Fleet Account Manager to join the team of a renowned international automotive company. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B service sales, preferably with industry experience and confident English skills.

Business development: Identify and engage high-value prospects, conducting strategic negotiations to expand the corporate client base.

Relationship management: Maintain high-level engagement with key accounts through regular on-site visits to drive retention, forecast future requirements, and finalize contract renewals.

Proposal management: Design and present complex commercial offers and comprehensive tender responses for strategically significant partners.

Network support: Act as a central consultant for the dealership network, providing expert guidance on large-scale projects and corporate sales initiatives.

Industry representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at sector-specific networking events and industry forums.

Stakeholder liaison: Collaborate effectively with regional headquarters and retail partners to ensure a unified sales strategy and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying trends and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Strategic marketing: Actively support marketing campaigns and tactical programs (including eDM) tailored for the corporate sector. Elvárások / Requirements

College or university degree (preferably from Finance or Economics)

At least 3 years of experience in B2B service sales - fleet or operative leasing sales experience would be a great asset

Active, mid-level English language skills

Category "B" driving license
