Finance Manager

Coordinating and supporting month-end closing and reporting processes

Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries

Preparing financial reports and management analyses

Liaising with external auditors and tax advisors

Supporting tax-related activities (CIT, VAT, transfer pricing)

Reconciling ERP and reporting system data

Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities

Collaborating with international finance and transformation teams

Elvárások / Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience

Strong background in financial reporting and audit processes

Solid taxation knowledge

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proactive and independent working style

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
