Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and seat guests in accordance with hotel standards

Ensure every guest receives professional and attentive service upon arrival at the F&B outlets

Inform guests about current promotions and hotel events

Handle guest inquiries with care and professionalism; escalate complaints to supervisors or managers when necessary

Support waitstaff to ensure seamless and high-quality service

Verify guest entitlements (executive membership, breakfast lists, etc. )

Prepare buffet displays and menu cards

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience

Professional hospitality qualification preferred

Fluent in Hungarian and English

Strong guest service and problem-solving skills

Professional appearance and confident corporate representation

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
