We’re an international high‑tech company whose innovations quietly power industrial, automotive, and healthcare systems worldwide. Now we’re looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to shape how talent experiences our brand – from university classrooms to flagship events.
What you’ll do
- Bring our employer brand and EVP to life through engaging campaigns and events
- Plan and deliver internal and external events (online, onsite, hybrid)
- Build strong university partnerships and Academic Interface Programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, and vendors across Eastern Europe
- Track impact, manage budgets, and ensure GDPR‑compliant execution
What we’re looking for
- Experience in employer branding, HR marketing, events, or communications
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- A creative mindset with a structured, hands‑on approach
- Fluent English speaking
