? Responsibilities where they count on you
Assessment & Analysis
- Assessing client processes, conducting interviews
- Finalizing and documenting client requirements
- Identifying business problems and developing solution proposals
- Designing modules and licenses
- Managing change requests, preparing solution plans
Documentation
- Creating analysis documents and specifications (functional specification, logical system design, etc. )
- Documenting customized solutions
- Keeping documentation up to date
Implementation
- System installation
- Parameterization and configuration
- Setting up permissions, forms, and workflows
- Implementing change requests
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Writing and executing test cases
- Supporting client‑side testing
- Supporting operations colleagues with in‑depth error analysis
Sales Support
- Participating in client demonstrations
? We are looking for you if you have…
- At least 2 years of experience in the implementation, operation, or development of the ELO document management system
- A systematic and structured way of thinking
- Strong business process documentation skills
- Confident intermediate English skills
It is a plus if you also have:
- JavaScript or Java development experience
- Knowledge of Oracle / MS SQL / PostgreSQL
- A higher education degree in IT
