What awaits you?

−You will support the local team of occupational training to qualify the new employees of the plant in order to have a successful start of production in 2025.

−All relevant training topics from occupational health & safety and leadership to artificial intelligence and production technology will be part of your scope.

−Support in the handling and onboarding of training suppliers.

−Close contact with the different technologies to fulfill their training needs.

−Support with administrative tasks like reporting, learning management system maintenance and creation of presentations.

What should you bring along?

-Education in Health or health orientation

-IT skills ( PPT, Excel, Word )

-English on conversational level

-Health development experience

-Good organizational skills

-Mobility

-At least 4 hours/day

-Experience in Medical examination is an advantage.
