Demo Operations Intern

Feladatok:

Creation and maintenance of demo reservations in Demoweb

Management of availability enquiries

Supporting of Logistics activities / Managing Delivery Disputes

Provide trainings and support to internal customers

Ensuring delivery of agreed service levels

Supporting team members on projects, events, doing back-up

Elvárások:

Active or passive student status

Fluent English knowledge (French, Spanish, German is an advantage)

Reliable, structured, and able to work independently

Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Advanced English knowledge

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong willingness to learn and develop in operations/order management

Experience in extracurricular activities, student clubs, or volunteer projects is an advantage

Munkaidő:

Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 17:00)

Minimum 20 hours a week during this core time, preferred more if possible

Enrolled trainee available for a long-term collaboration (e. g. 12 months or more)

2500 Ft/hour in gross
