Location: Maglód

Tasks:

Support the customs team with basic system operations related to customs clearance

Assist with downloading, organizing and uploading manifest files, T documents and other customs-related documents

Check goods arrival status, document status and customs clearance progress in the system

Assist in checking the completeness and accuracy of customs clearance documents

Based on customs feedback, help the customs team pass inspection & handling requirements to the warehouse team

Under the guidance and review of the formal customs staff, assist with basic operations in systems

After customs release, help update the system status to ensure the warehouse team can continue the outbound & delivery process

Strictly follow confidentiality requirements regarding customs data and customer information

Full-time student status

A strong learning ability, system operation ability & data accuracy

Flexible shift availability - including afternoon, evening shift and weekend support

Hourly wage: 2300 HUF

On-site training required (3-4 weeks)

After training and becoming familiar with the work: weekend remote and online support can be considered
