The CD Administrator will support the sales and marketing organization in account data management. That includes accurate and complete account creation and maintenance, customer classification setting, grouping and/or hierarchy setting very precisely and within the agreed time frame.

Your Key Deliverables:

Working with various ERP systems (mainly SAP), Salesforce & Reltio, as well as external tools to classify the accounts in an accurate way; He/she will be supported by the Lead Data Stewards in the various ES EMEA organizations

Contribute to improve the customer creation and maintenance process for Electrical EMEA

Support the Customer Master Data management team and the Subject Matter Expert in the country in the deployment of account data quality tools and metrics

Economics studies background

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)

Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions

Strong analytical skills and attention to details

Problem solving mindse

SAP and/or Oracle knowledge is an advantage
