The Client Order Management team acts as a key liaison for global clients and internal stakeholders, supporting investment instructions end to end—from initiation through settlement—while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
What You'll Do
Process client investment instructions in accordance with control standards
Validate authorisations and ensure correct execution
Coordinate trades and cash movements with internal teams
Respond to client and internal enquiries
Manage exceptions and escalate risks
Contribute to process and efficiency improvements

What You'll Bring
Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal
Very strong client focus with the ability to build effective working relationships
Team player comfortable working with different personalities and working styles
Well-organised, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and common business tools
Experience in client service or query handling is a plus
