We are looking for a Category Manager to take ownership of a global Travel category and a portfolio of strategic Indirect Services within a complex, international organization.
As Category Manager, you will:
- Own and execute the global Travel category strategy, including sourcing, supplier selection, and long‑term performance management
- Lead the rollout of a Travel‑as‑a‑Service operating model, aligning processes, systems, and service levels across regions
- Partner with senior functional leaders across Indirect Services (Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Business Consulting, Finance), acting as a strategic procurement advisor rather than a transactional buyer
- Drive complex sourcing initiatives, high‑stakes negotiations, benchmarking, and supplier optimalization programs
Who this role is for:
- 8+ years of experience in Category Management
- Deep, hands‑on expertise in the Travel category (global programs, TMC sourcing, travel policy, global tools)
- Solid exposure to Indirect Services
- Fluency in English
