We make what matters work. Feladat: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As a Buyer Intern, you will manage Purchase Orders and Order Confirmations in the ERP system. You will be responsible for material availability supporting a team of Operational Buyers.

Your Key Deliverables:

Continuous support of a team of Operational Buyers

Manage order confirmation from Suppliers

Mass data upload to ERP system

Investigate and resolve reasons of block invoices

Collaborate with suppliers

Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)

Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions

Experienced user for MS Office

Ability to work in a team

Strong attention to details, strong analytical skills

Proactivity and reliability

Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle. . etc)

German language knowledge

You have previous experience in a multinational environment
