Analyze daily, weekly, and seasonal call volume data to identify trends

Create efficient staff schedules using a workforce management tool

Manage employee vacation planning and schedule client-mandated training sessions

Forecast and present KPI performance expectations to relevant departments

Generate ad hoc and regular reports on resource utilization and performance

Handle provisioning and deactivation of tools for new hires or terminations

Train supervisors and team members on the scheduling process and adherence importance
