An exciting VIE opportunity in Hungary for a Finance Business Analyst and controller (h/f) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters Hungary Kft. “AHH” offering a unique chance to gain a 360 overview of finance in an industrial setting covering a wide range of core financial tasks. Airbus Helicopters Hungary is looking for a VIE to reinforce its Finance team. The company started its activity in August 2022 and is strategically located in Gyula, (Southeaster Hungary), which is set to become the Hungary’s aerospace cluster. Gyula has excellent accessibility and its conveniently located just 2 hours away from Budapest.

AHH is set as an industrial delivery unit for high precision mechanical components, providing parts for Airbus helicopters, and counts with more than 200 employees. The company is currently under ramp up period and its expected to duplicate its turnover on the next 2 years, presenting exciting opportunities for motivated candidates. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in reinforcing the finance team, being exposed to the full financial spectrum, accounting, reporting and controlling, as well as high impact tasks such as cover cost base analysis, strategic financial reports to Mother Company, follow up of ERM, ICSA and Capex topics and will also be the key liaison for internal communication across departments.

The successful candidate should have basic financial knowledge, and a good level of spoken English.

This VIE can start as soon as possible in 2025 and will last 24 months.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. * Tasks & accountabilities * Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

* Direct report of the Head of Finance, you will have to support numerous reporting and budgets follow up :CAPEX, Subsidies, Structure Cost Base, Enterprise Risk Management and ARM access

* Depending of your cursus, you will support the controlling team and accounting, and will have to standardize some processes. (rolling inventories, shareholders reports, Treasury)

* You will also have to update the processes implemented since 2021 and ensure a follow up of the ICSA (Internal Control Self Assessment) processes.

* Required skills * You have the following skills and experience:

* Diploma/Master's degree in Finance

* Basic Controlling or Accounting knowledge

* Language Skills:

* Good level in English (emails and meeting are in english)
