About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager to join our global Clinical Sciences and Operation (CSO)'s Trial Operation function. As a key member of the clinical trial team, you will work closely with our strategic vendors to ensure seamless initiation/start-up activities and support project managers throughout the entire lifecycle of the clinical trial.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serving as the first line of contact for all vendor escalation matters, working closely with project managers and the Vendor Excellence group.
• Providing technical expertise to trial operations for vendor selection, budget and timeline estimates, including central labs, cloud-based interactive response technology (IRT), electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA), imaging, ECG, spirometry, home nursing, and more.
• Translating protocol requirements into vendor technical specifications and facilitating the vendor proposal, budget, and contract process, including providing recommendations for finalizing vendor selection.
• Collaborating with support functions, such as trial operations, clinical study unity (CSU), legal, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Tracking corrective actions related to issues and audit findings, and initiating/drafting contracts with support from legal and procurement.
• Providing support on all invoice and payment matters, resolving outstanding escalations, and working directly with vendors and the in-house team.
