Our partner has been present in Hungary for over 10 years, specializing in custom software development, UX/UI design, and digital consulting. They are looking for an experienced UX/UI Team Lead to join them.

Responsibilities

Leading the UX/UI team (designers and researchers), mentoring and developing team members, and planning their growth paths

Supporting the optimisation of processes related to the UX/UI domain

Facilitating both team and individual development

Fine-tuning the structure and operation of the division

Ensuring knowledge transfer across project teams

Supporting the business processes of projects

Conducting personal meetings with clients

Keeping user experience and conversion goals in focus

Making professional and technological decisions, establishing best practices

Collaborating closely with leaders and teams from other departments

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI

Proven experience in team leadership and a clear vision of how such an organisation can operate effectively as a team

Analytical mindset with precise and thorough work habits

Ability to think in terms of business goals and user experience

Creativity, independence, and a problem-solving attitude

Strong communication skills

Proficient in English

Familiarity with

Figma
