UX Designer
Would you like to boost your career in an international environment as a UX Designer? Our partner company uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to our world, and they are looking for a UX Designer to join their international team in Budapest.
Your new role:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to learn about business goals and determine research questions.
- Create research plans and perform user research via techniques such as participatory workshops, user interviews, card sorts, surveys, and contextual observations.
- Summarise observations and findings, then present and defend research findings in meetings with internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and developers to create and deliver apps for the desktop and web.
- Based on user research findings, create site maps, wireframes, prototypes, graphic comps, and design specifications.
- Plan and carry out usability tests to assess existing application designs.
- Support organisational design transformation initiatives with frequent consultations and heuristic evaluations.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Degree in IT or relevant field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a UX Designer, and in research.
- Experience of designing desktop, web or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of partner research.
- Confident English language skills.
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Skilled at working with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Strengths in listening, observation and attention to detail.
