• Plan and release manufacturing orders towards factories to start wafer production / assembly / test activities based on the demand signal.
• Manage customer Order Book (OB), Stock Transfer Orders to consigment warehouses according to the agreed NXP procedures.
• Intervene in case of tight supply and subsequent customer impact in alignment with allocation and demand management.

• Manage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply, using an integrated ERP system.
• Balance the planning parameters in ERP according to the directives of Supply Chain Organization throughout the product life cycle.

• Follow-up Production Orders and WIP balance and provide early warning towards manufacturing sites to expedite production or ensure timely reconfirmation of the OB and inform the relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor the OB to provide early warning towards manufacturing.
• Based on Planning results align on relevant changes with the Business Planning community and address idle/constrained capacities, over/under stock positions.

• Initiate improvement activities in case KPIs are below targets.
• Identify improvement opportunities and strengthen existing PDCA processes.
• Support quarterly sales realization and execute related business / financial goals.

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or information management
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing planning, or in the electronic industry
• Experience with ERP systems, preferrably SAP
• Fluent English in a daily business environment is a must
