
Telesales Manager
Our agricultural partner offers a fantastic opportunity to develop and lead a multinational telesales team within a dynamic and growing organization. Their new colleauge as a Telesales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's international sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Develop and implement international telesales strategies,
Build up, train, and motivate a multilingual team,
Define and monitor sales targets and KPIs,
Optimize sales processes, scripts, and CRM usage,
Analyze performance data and report on results,
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams,
Identify and develop new business opportunities,
Ensure high customer satisfaction and support key accounts. Elvárások / Requirements
Proven experience in B2B/B2C telesales management,
Strong leadership and people management skills,
Excellent communication and coaching abilities,
Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach,
Proficient in CRM and sales software,
High-level English proficiency (other languages are a plus),
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
