Our partner is looking for a dedicated German speaking Team Leader to guide a Technical Support team.

• Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals
• Mentor and support team members in their development
• Strengthen expertise through regular training and coaching
• Organize team meetings to ensure clear communication
• Act on feedback from both team and customers to improve performance
• Monitor results and drive productivity and quality

• High school diploma or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support
• Proven experience in Team management
• Experience with ticket logging systems
• Excellent German and English skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
