Lead a frontline team supporting tech-savvy consumers across Europe
Foster a high-performance, positive team culture
Handle escalations, coaching, and daily team support
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and 1:1s
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
Monitor quality and drive improvements based on feedback
Identify knowledge gaps and provide effective training
