We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with fluent English knowledge
- Majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Hungarian permanent residence permit
- Willing to work night and weekend shifts also
- Knowledge about linux, windows, network, storage
- Strong communications skills, effective, polished interaction with the customer to gather information quickly
- Passion for technology and customer support
- Strong ability of cross-team collaboration
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, able to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems, determine root cause and develop solutions
