We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Engineer , where you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving product issues.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing multiple reported issues, investigating real-life scenarios, configuring different java web environments, and maintaining professional relationships with customers through internal ticketing.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Java expertise (minimum 2 years), experience with application servers (Tomcat) and databases (MySQL, Oracle), excellent English skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple reported issues among customers simultaneously.
- Investigate real-life scenarios within Liferay's products.
- Configure different java web environments daily to test and reproduce customer issues.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through internal ticketing.
- Communicate status updates and drive customer communication from start to finish.
- Collaborate as a team to deliver solutions through brainstorming and knowledge sharing.
