Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist: A Key Role in Global Recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist. As a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to our hiring needs.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for defined critical roles, acting as a first point of contact for recruiters. This role requires effective sourcing skills, negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills in English and French.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional experience and driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Builds talent pipelines aligned to desired technical and specialized skills through proactively identifying target candidates through various channels (social media, professional networks etc)
• Sources for Key roles across the identified region – consistently maintains a healthy pipeline
• Crafts engaging recruitment emails for prospect candidates
• Collaborates with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and support in sourcing external candidates, building talent pools accordingly
• Maintains and engages with a pipeline of high-quality candidates for roles through various channels
• Supports the Sourcing lead in relationship management with staffing agencies, job boards and other channels
• Provides guidance and acts as a first point of contact for hiring managers/recruiters when engaging with prospect candidates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Search and sourcing skills
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
