We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our partner’s dynamically growing team!

• Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions
• Source and attract candidates through various channels (databases, social media, job fairs)
• Develop recruitment strategies and apply modern sourcing tools
• Build and represent the employer brand on the job market
• Maintain ongoing communication with managers, candidates, and external partners

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or another relevant field
• 1–4 years of professional experience in recruitment
• Confident English language skills (B2 level or higher)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Precise, independent working style with creative thinking
