We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to lead and manage our global recruitment teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

• Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities across multiple locations, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models
• Manage a mix of experienced and junior recruiters, overseeing their workload and providing guidance and support as needed
• Advise hiring managers and leadership teams on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning
• Develop and implement industry-leading hiring practices, ensuring consistent compliance with established recruitment processes
• Oversee all communication between hiring managers/recruiters and candidates, prioritizing customer-centric approaches
• Partner with the Talent Tech team to develop and implement technology solutions enhancing recruitment processes and improving efficiency
