Tactical Management and Application Support Specialist
Tactical Management & Application Support Specialist position is open at our prestigious, worldwide-known multinational partner.
The company operates in the manufacturing and distribution of electronic and consumer goods, as well as conductors and semiconductors. They also have interests in music production, film production, and property management.
As a Tactical Management & Application Support Specialist, your main tasks will include:
- Supporting country teams in their use of the local sales and marketing application.
- Managing master and transactional data feeding, configuration, and SAP request processing
- Reconciling SAP and assisting users with tool-related issues
- Participating in system testing and contributing to process improvements
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring service delivery within agreed SLAs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as CI Leads and Controllers
You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in business-related administrative tasks within a multinational environment.
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SAP functionalities
- Ability to work with complex tools and cross-functional teams
- Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of SQL, Access, or VBA is an advantage.
