We are looking for a german speaking installation specialist for their remote expert center.  You will perform the installation and configuration of the automated data collection system. You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers from all over the world.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Execution of software installation on a distributed control system
• Ensuring the collection and upload of plant data to an AWS cloud which is performed automatically on a daily basis via Data Agents installed on the customer architecture
• Managing patches and upgrades
• Responsible for the remote data acquisition for a growing fleet of over 400 power plants
• You will be the first point of contact for defined services for our customers on a global scale
• You will help make energy systems up to date, less vulnerable and more reliable

Elvárások / Requirements

• Solid technical skills in IT system administration, network topology & scripting
• Fluency in German and English
• Interest in working in the field of power plant computer architectures, consisting of servers, clients and network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
• Strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills
