In this student assistant position within Sustainability Data & Reporting, the selected candidate will become part of Grundfos’ Group Sustainability—an international team of passionate sustainability experts driving strategy and programs both within Grundfos and across its broader business ecosystem.

Feladatok:

Support in handling of data related to reporting frameworks and ratings (EcoVadis, CDP, UN Global Compact, Integrity Next)

Support in activities preparing for CSRD readiness and the Sustainability Statement for Grundfos’ Annual Report in their ESG data management system

Support the collection of input from subject matter experts and consolidate information for Grundfos’ Sustainability Policy

Support Grundfos’ sustainability-related customer FAQ.

Support and desk research for ongoing ESG trends and policy monitoring

Elvárások:

Ongoing master’s studies and active or passive Hungarian student status possibly within environmental, business administration, international relations, communications, or urban studies

Intermediate MS Office knowledge

Interest in sustainability-related topics and knowledge of different reporting frameworks

You are an organised and structured person with project management skills and ideally a talent for using digital and AI tools for smart and efficient working

You show initiative, work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with Grundfos

You have flair or interest in visualising information in graphics, charts, and slides

Have an international outlook, speaking and writing English fluently

Munkaidő:

Availability to work at around 15-20 hours per week
