We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our Team; which is located in Kaposvár, Hungary.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences

Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar position

Good command of English

Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAP MM module is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills, responsible, and a team player

Strong problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills

Willingness to travel

Job Description:

Proactively Identify and research potential suppliers based on internal purchase requests for assigned materials/services; collect quotations, initiate tenders, conduct negotiations, and prepare reports for approval

Draft and monitor contracts for products, equipment, or services in line with procurement strategies

Ensure procurement processes are carried out in accordance with procedures and guidelines; monitor supplier non-conformities and implement corrective actions

Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers and materials

Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes

Manage supplier relationships effectively
