We are looking for a Senior Store Manager to join our team – someone who is passionate about casual fashion, enjoys leading a sales team, and who combines a results-oriented mindset with a friendly leadership style.

Job description

Execute the sales plan in the assigned store

Monitor action plans to improve sales performance

Analyze sales and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Set priorities for the sales team

Organize the work of the Deputy Store Manager, Visual Merchandiser, and sales team

Plan work shifts

Motivate and ensure training of store staff

Monitor and analyze customer service results, loyalty programs, and other in-store promotions

Manage processing of Click & Collect orders assigned to the store

Ensure timely execution of promotions and price changes in the store

Oversee correct handling of cash, other payment methods, and invoice processing in line with company standards

Supervise all cleaning and maintenance activities in the store and organize them as needed

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role (Store Manager or Junior area Manager)

Experience in fashion retail

Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook)

Communicative level of English (direct supervisor and general communication in Czech; some materials and job instructions available only in English)

High school diploma (with final graduation exam)

Clean criminal record (due to handling cash)
