Spanish Speaking After-Sales Technical Support Specialist

- Provide technical support to dealers via phone, email, and ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot issues, track spare parts, and monitor exceptional shipments
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams (warranty, logistics, finance)
- Translate training materials and deliver trainings
- Support in reporting, reconciliation, and periodic settlements
- Ensure cases are resolved and clearly documented
- High school diploma
- Fluent or native in English and fluent in Spanish
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A knack for problem-solving and technical thinking
- Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, WLAN, troubleshooting, CRM/ticketing systems)
- Previous experience in a BPO and/or Customer Service and/or technical account
