
Solution Sales Engineer
Represent the company and its technical solutions to key clients in Hungary
Understand the customers’ needs and propose technical solutions.
Offer tailored solar and energy storage solutions (including sizing, design, and integration)
Utilize deep technical knowledge in solar and battery energy storage systems.
Collaborate with the local Country Manager and other team members to provide technical solutions
Work closely with internal technical and R&D team for product support.
Participate in face-to-face client meetings, technical consultations, and negotiations.
Manage sales-related processes and maintain strong customer relationships.
Travel to Germany and occasionally to China for internal meeting and product training. Elvárások / Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the solar energy industry (e. g. inverters, storage systems, PV solutions).
Strong technical expertise in solar energy systems and battery storage solutions.
Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales processes and consultative selling.
Hungarian language, advanced level of English language
Understanding of local energy regulations, grid requirements, and sizing/integration of PV and BESS systems.
