• At least 5 years hands-on experience in commercial software development.
• Upper-intermediate English or better.
• Proficient in at least one of the following technologies. NET/Java/JavaScript/Go/Python etc. , including corresponding stack.
• Practical experience with diverse technologies and business domains.
• Hands-on experience with service-oriented, serverless, microservices and-or event-based architecture design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proven track record of successful projects.
• Confident/intuitive understanding of SDLC and good practices.
• Comfortable with direct communication with clients.
• Background as team technical leader.
• Eager to take a lead, dealing comfortably with pressure of responsibility.
• Open/flexible mind, strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ready to learn.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Professional certification.
• Experience in requirements management and project planning.
• Confident knowledge of UML.
