This pivotal role requires an experienced professional to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. The primary responsibility is to translate business requirements arising from the banking and digital channels domain into a scalable and secure technical architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, or solution architecture (financial industry experience is a plus).
• Basic understanding of banking operations (e. g. , customer accounts, cards, payments, onboarding).
• Familiarity with architecture concepts such as:
• Microservices and APIs
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
• Security and Identity (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IAM)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Core Banking Systems
• Understanding of event streaming platforms (Kafka, Azure Event Hub).
• Knowledge of data flows and ETL pipelines in a banking environment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about new technologies and banking processes.
• Ability to balance technical detail with business outcomes.
