• Experience in Community Management (virtual)
• Project Management skills

Skill Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• More than 3 years job experience in communication or marketing-related roles
• Experience of managing and collaborating in virtual communities
• Very good knowledge of collaboration tools (MS-Teams)
• Good understanding of Software Engineering approaches, principles (DevOps, Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience in software development project and first tool insights (e. g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins …)
• High level of self-motivation and proactiveness in developing new approaches

• Good moderation  and presentation skills
• Good team player
• Language skills in English fluent in spoken and written, and German optional
