As a Lead. NET Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our core customer systems — from registration and onboarding to authentication and KYC. You'll be both a hands-on senior developer and a technical leader, guiding modernization, mentoring teammates, and ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience in. NET / C#.
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL and database optimization.
• Experience with software architecture, clean code principles, and microservices.
• Familiarity with OIDC/OAuth2 (basic knowledge required, experience is a plus).
• Understanding of message-based systems (e. g. queues, event-driven design).
• Good communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• A team player who enjoys mentoring and leading by example.
