Our Partner is seeking a talented Software Development Project Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
The SDPE will collaborate with the Product Project Manager to develop and support a constantly evolving software application, developed in-house and deployed at our Partner’s multiple international operations. The SDPE will liaise with end-users and management to enhance and optimise business processes embedded in the product, ensuring competitiveness in the company’s future project development.
Key Responsibilities: Elaborate and craft user requirement specification documents according to the specific needs of new project deployments.
• Comprehend and architect operational business logic and workflows, including maintenance management integrated into the product
• Decipher end-user demands, articulate them and facilitate their understanding for the software development team
• Assist in the advancement and improvement of the application's features, keeping pace with technological progress
• Scrutinise contractual compliance obligations and assure their incorporation into the product
• Guarantee that the defined user specifications are fulfilled and executed promptly
• Create and produce user guides for the product
• Provide training for end-users on the application as well as ongoing assistance.
What you'll need to succeed
Education:
A degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in project management and software development.
• Estimation Techniques: Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
• Technical Knowledge: Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and. NET.
• Leadership Skills: Good leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English,

• Travelling: Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Class B driving licence.
• Microsoft server infrastructure experience is a plus
