Key Enterprise Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled IT architect to lead our ServiceNow implementation and act as a trusted advisor for our clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT sector & SW development projects, with 5+ years of implementing ServiceNow solutions and 3+ years of experience in lead developer or architect roles in ServiceNow projects.

They must possess knowledge of the ServiceNow platform key capabilities and solutions, including ITSM, HR, CSM and/or MCO. Additionally, they should hold ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA and two CIS or CAD certifications, and be proficient in interface design and implementation using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON).

Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong ability to design, assess, and implement technical solutions individually, and excellent oral and written communications skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include fulfilling the enterprise architecture role, leading & guiding clients on their ServiceNow journey, understanding, analyzing, and translating customer requirements from business and technical perspectives into architectural blueprints and solutions, and managing technical governance and development standards and guidelines.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will participate in Agile ceremonies, assess and estimate requirements, validate solutions, take responsibility for team coding, testing, debugging, and creation of technical documentation, mentor colleagues, support go-to-market activities in international sales, and presales leads.
