
Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager with at least 3+ years of leadership experience to join our partner’s team.
Requirements:
- Relevant team leadership experience
- Ability to oversee and coordinate diverse tasks within the team
- Capability to realistically schedule incoming tasks and ensure timely delivery
- A true team player in a leadership role
- Logical thinking
- Reliable personality with effective problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- People management of existing team members
- Continuous monitoring of operations
- Ongoing process optimisation

Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Process Monitoring: Coordinate specification, development, testing, and deployment; clarify requirements, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Communication, consulting, handling bug fixes, and coordinating responses to billing and system operation enquiries.
- Team Leadership & People Management: Approve holidays and overtime; support colleagues’ development suggestions; mentoring, motivation, workload optimisation; handle issues and escalations.
- Operations & Collaboration: Maintain active contact with the PowerBSS business unit leader; coordinate resources with HR; initiate corrective actions.
- Strategic Tasks: Participate in budget planning, risk mitigation, and develop proposals to improve employee satisfaction.
