We are looking for a self-driven, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn and develop colleague, reliable and goal-oriented, who is flexible to travel within the country and is proactive and continuously oriented towards servicing and providing technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Executes installation, maintenance and service for the medical equipment provided by SofMedica.
• Uses manufacturer technical documentation to analyze, troubleshoot and repair the medical equipment.
• Engages in ongoing preventative maintenance.
• Establishes and maintains proper business relationships with customers.
• Manages consumables ensuring that at all times the required stock levels are maintained.
• Provides technical support services and completes related documents.
• Manages presentation materials and provides trainings for hospital technicians.
• Implements product trainings for customers or for colleagues from other departments.

• Electronics Engineer graduate with a background in the following fields: electrical, mechanics, hydraulics
• Previous experience of minimum 3 years in the healthcare market
• Serious, responsible, well-organized person
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactiveness
• Customer Service
• Driving license category B and availability to travel frequently across the country, and occasionally in the region (Romania and Bulgaria).
