Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting IT-related issues and responding to customer requests.

- Assisting high-profile clients using your Italian language skills.
Your profile:
- A high school diploma
- Business level in ONE of the following languages: French / German / Dutch / Czech
- English communication skills for training, interviews, and internal collaboration
- Prior experience in customer service/IT support is an advantage
