Service Delivery Manager

Your New Position
Full management of multiple development, DevOps, and support workflows
Ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget
Building and maintaining client relationships
Active communication with stakeholders (clients, teams, local support)
Regular reporting internally and to clients
Resource planning, succession planning, managing attrition risks
Proactive handling of risks, issues, and client complaints
Following agile methodology and principles in workflows
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum 6 years of experience in a Delivery Manager or technical project management role
Background in software development (web, cloud)
Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS
Proficiency in agile methodology and stakeholder management
At least intermediate English language skills
