
Service Coordinator - German speaking
Act as the primary liaison between end users and onsite engineer
Understand and assist with the entire product management lifecycle
Utilize IT service management tools for order management, asset data handling, and scheduling appointments with end users
Perform quality checks and process incoming requests and incidents via ticketing tools, email, and phone, based on predefined knowledge base documents and work instructions
Ensure adherence to agreed service levels during delivery
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by providing a consistent customer experience
Monitor all tickets and escalate issues according to company processes to meet customer demands
Manage exceptions within the process, including stuck processes, process changes, and procedural adjustments Elvárások / Requirements
Fluency in German and in English
You have 1-2 years of service desk / logistics / customer service, and/or back-office experience
Confidence in communication with internal and external customers
Quick learning ability and openness to learn IT Service Delivery processes
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and MS Office applications
Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work under supervision, follow instructions and procedures as well as you are able to be independent
Ability to do structured work under pressure
