
Senior Team Leader
Our business partner is looking for a Senior Team Leader colleague for their Technical Support Analyst team. If you have at least 2-3 years of leadership experience in a field related to Customer service or Technical Support and would be interested in taking part in building out a new site, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Guide and support a frontline team providing service to tech-savvy consumers across Europe
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture where people feel empowered and connected
Serve as the first line of support for escalations, customer concerns, and coaching needs
Lead team huddles, performance reviews, and 1:1s to keep engagement and quality high
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded
Monitor quality trends and drive process improvements based on real-time feedback
Identify knowledge gaps and deliver structured, impactful training
Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and hands-on leadership Elvárások / Requirements
2–3 years of leadership experience in customer service, tech support, telco, or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong people management skills — coaching, conflict resolution, and motivation
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Confidence using ticketing platforms, Office tools, and (ideally) SaaS or sales-related systems
