• Lead and coordinate tax-related activities, including reviewing tax accruals and payments, monitoring domestic and international tax policy developments, and preparing transfer pricing documentation.
• Provide expert tax consulting and assess tax risks related to new products and services.
• Oversee accounting processes and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, liaise with business units and external auditors, and manage the annual audit process.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with capital adequacy, liquidity, and risk ratio requirements.
• Monitor regulatory reporting policies and lead the implementation of new regulatory requirements within the bank.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of the Financial Department.

• University or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong background in taxation and accounting within financial institutions is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and financial reporting tools.
