As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or business equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Engineer, or in comparable roles with 3+ years of experience
• Solid expertise with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and agile testing techniques
• Technical proficiency with APIs, backend systems, and databases
• Experience coordinating and collaborating effectively with external development teams
• Strong test management skills, including planning, coordination, risk analysis, and reporting
• Hands-on approach to testing, combined with strong coaching and mentoring abilities
