We are looking for a Senior IT Scrum Master to join our Partner's team.

Your new role

Coaching and leading the scrum team to achieve higher scrum maturity

Facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

Facilitating internal communication, resolving conflicts and mentoring junior colleagues

Proactively detecting impediments, and defining solutions or mitigation actions together with the team

Managing JIRA's, workflows, processes, KPI's, SLA's, workflow compliance, agile metrics

What you'll need to succeed:

6+ Years experience in Managing Scrum in Agile framework

Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts(such as Definition of Done, User story estimation, creation and backlog refinement).

Familiarity scrum master and project management methodologies

Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban techniques
