- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized engineering expertise.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer strategic recruitment guidance.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and ongoing networking efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and deliver well-founded recommendations to hiring teams.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering positions.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Experience in the industrial or advanced manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian reading, writing, and speaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite at our location.
